Pay:

Estimated annual earning range: $70,000 to $125,000 (including commissions and bonuses on Individual Payable Gross, Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability).

Schedule:

Typical full-time schedule, including mandatory Saturday availability.

Reports to Sales Manager and General Sales Manager

What You'll Do

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing process

• Conduct follow-ups and maintain excellent phone and email communication.

• Maintain product knowledge on current vehicle offerings, features, and benefits.

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Participate in development activities.

What You'll Bring

• Prior sales, hospitality, or customer service experience

• Proficient in computer systems, phone, and email communication.

• High school graduate or equivalent

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $70,000 to $125,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual payable gross and bonuses based on individual units sold and manufacturer approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws
