• We offer a competitive starting salary range of $60k-$70k, depending on experience, during training. Post training, Sales Reps can earn uncapped commissions.

• Unlike traditional commission-based sales, our Sales Reps earn commissions on every order, not just one-time deals. These territories already have active, loyal customers placing weekly orders, creating a steady stream of income from day one.

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM

• Local Territory. This is a field-based sales role covering a local territory (Long Island and surrounding areas). You'll be on the road visiting customers around 80% of the time, with mileage reimbursement and a car allowance provided through our CarData program.

• Car allowance + mileage reimbursement through CarData Program.

• Travel: potential to Scranton OpCo (located in Wilkes-Barre, PA) for sales meetings and based on business needs.

You'll oversee a broad array existing independent convenience stores customers, driving sales through our varied foodservice and convenience programs. Your role extends beyond maintaining existing customers; it involves tapping into new customers and forging strong business relationships. Job Responsibilities:

• Grow sales and profit margins through execution on sales strategy and territory management, planning a sales approach customized with individual customers.
• Prospecting and onboarding of new customer accounts, including cold-calling to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Educate the customer on convenience and foodservice programs, new product promotions, marketing policies, service, delivery specifics, and industry activities.
• Review daily/weekly/monthly reports with the store manager and assist with any opportunities that may arise.
• Minimizes accounts receivable problems by monitoring accounts for compliance with credit terms and follows-up on any problems.
• Maintains awareness of pricing trends within sales territory, particularly for products, to ensure competitive pricing.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Participate in relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Proven success with closing sales for a variety of product lines with B2B.
• Proven and successful sales ledger travel & effective time management experience.
• General knowledge of food safety standards including basic HACCP practice and cold-chain integrity, transporting of perishable foods, and maintain Serv-Safe certification.
• Detail minded and organized, with an ability to work independently with little direction.
• Strong communication and presentation skill set with a demonstrated ability to conduct professional, results driven customer presentations.
• Intermediate abilities with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI.
• Energetic and entrepreneurial spirit with competitive drive.
• Sales professional with experience and track record of growing market share.
• Proven success with relationship building and providing consultative services for customers.
