Job Responsibilities:
Complete extensive product training including understanding the competition and client demographic
Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models
Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase
Create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong clients
Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
Test drive vehicles to demonstrate features and benefits
Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals
Effectively communicate purchase/lease quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate has a customer service related background - a general sales background of some sort (electronics, appliances, etc.) OR a hard working professional looking to make a career change.

Great Phone Skills – Able to call from Lead Lists to Set Appointments

Excellent problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to overcome objections
Proficiency with Apple/Android devices and sending emails/text messages involving photos
Responsible and accountable to work schedule
