We are seeking a motivated Sales Account Executive to drive HVAC product sales, develop customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, negotiating, and managing the sales cycle to close deals.
The role requires maintaining high customer satisfaction, tracking industry trends, and participating in training and networking events.
Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of HVAC or construction sales experience, strong communication skills, and a network of industry contacts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver’s license are required.
The position offers a salary range of 100K-150K plus incentives, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
