Sales Representative- HVAC

We are seeking a motivated Sales Account Executive to drive sales of HVAC products and services, including maintenance, repair, and building automation solutions.

The role involves

• prospecting new customers and managing ongoing relationships with contractors, consultants, and building owners,
• qualifying leads, preparing proposals, negotiating, and closing sales,
• ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting revenue and margin targets,
• appraising mechanical systems and staying informed on industry trends,
• participating in training and networking events.

Ideal candidates will have

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in HVAC or construction,
• strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• proficiency in Microsoft Office,
• valid driver's license,
• and
• ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• The position offers a salary range of $100K-$150K plus incentives, along with comprehensive benefits.
