ABOUT THE JOB:

As a Sales Representative at WillScot, you'll be working onsite at our new Scottsdale, AZ Headquarters. You will be playing a key role in driving our growth by connecting customers with solutions that truly make a difference in how they operate. This is a high impact role for someone who enjoys building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and turning customer needs into tailored solutions that deliver real value.

In this role, you'll proactively identify and pursue new business, partner closely with prospective customers, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process. You'll develop a strong understanding of WillScot's products and services and confidently communicate how our solutions help customers solve problems, work smarter, and achieve their goals. Your ability to listen, customize solutions, and articulate value will directly contribute to revenue growth and long-term customer success.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

  • Prospect and generate new business: Handle inbound inquiries and conducting outbound outreach via phone to identify and qualify sales opportunities in the territory you are supporting.
  • Engage and build relationships with prospective customers: Act as a trusted advisor to understand their needs, challenges, and project requirements.
  • Conduct needs assessments and solution's matching: Recommend appropriate products and services tailored to each customer's specific use case.
  • Effectively communicate the company's value proposition: Clearly articulating how solutions solve customer problems and deliver business value.
  • Manage and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline: follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and closing activities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records: Utilize Salesforce to document customer interactions, contact details, sales activities, and opportunity notes to ensure visibility and continuity.
  • Meet or exceed sales KPIs and performance goals: track progress and adjust your approach as needed to drive results.
  • Deliver a strong customer experience: Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure a smooth handoff through the sales and fulfillment process.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate: With both internal and field leadership & colleagues.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School degree
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Ability to work out of the Scottsdale, AZ office Mon-Fri during business hours

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong relationship building and customer service mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Proactive and ownership driven mindset
  • Previous phone sales experience (don't worry - if you don't have it, we will train you!)
