Sales Representative Insurance Agency Development Track

Farmers Insurance District 04 is looking for motivated sales professionals who want to learn the insurance business, develop local relationships, and grow inside an established agency environment.

This opportunity may be a good fit for someone coming from mortgage, real estate, banking, automotive sales, financial services, retail management, or business-to-business sales.

You will receive a salary and commissions as well as the best training, coaching, and support while developing the skills needed to succeed in insurance sales and agency development.

Salary Range: $24000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Attain the required licenses (with guidance) The Texas General Lines Property and Casualty and the Life and Health Licenses (we will show you how)
• Be trained by the best, to sell insurance products based on client needs (We will provide leads and all that is needed.
• Learn how to quote, present, follow up, and retain clients
• Participate in district coaching and agency training
• Work toward product knowledge, and sales goals as well as being mentored to be an owner by an owner
• Upon graduation and when you open your office, there are thousands in bonuses available. We will share in an interview

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Life & Health license required to enter the program
• Strong communication skills and professional follow-up
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable with phone calls, networking, and prospecting
• Interest in long-term career growth and possible agency leadership

Compensation

Base compensation plus commission opportunity. Growth opportunities may be available based on performance, licensing, and business readiness.
