Sales Representative

Key Requirements:- Must have experience working directly in the staffing or Contract Labor industry operations Or sales experience in B2B
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
- Ability to be appropriately aggressive in sales, resulting new business acquisition. Develop and implement an effective sales plan to exceed established sales objectives for accounts.
- Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations
- Results driven and customer focused
- Quality Leadership and Communication skills
- Must be aggressive to get in front of customers for introduction and continued support.
- Must be willing to work over the road and in the office
- Use consultative sales strategy to overcome client objections and maximize sales activity
- Establish and maintain strong relations and networking to develop new business.
- Make formal sales presentations and follow-up calls to prospective new business accounts.
- Interface with appropriate field management to establish pricing for quotes and bids.
- Document all sales activity within CRM. (Sales force and other proprietary system)
- Must have ability to use MS Excel & Microsoft Word.
- Maintain awareness of the competition
- market share, pricing, services, etc
- Cold Calling will be required in line with weekly quota goals
- Excellent organizational skills
