We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by conducting follow-up phone calls with key contacts established through direct sales efforts.

  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.

  • Clearly communicate service offerings and value propositions both in person and over the phone.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in company systems.

  • Organize and prioritize weekly outreach to maximize efficiency and results.

  • Demonstrate strong follow-through on all customer interactions and sales opportunities.

  • Collaborate with team members to support overall sales objectives and customer satisfaction.

  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times while delivering excellent customer service.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers confidently in person and over the phone.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a goal-driven environment.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and consistent follow-through.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.

  • Basic proficiency with computers and CRM or sales tracking systems.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

  • Prior sales experience preferred, especially in outside sales, service-based industries, or business-to-business (B2B) environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales goals.

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting in-person sales activities.

  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar software.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Strong work ethic with a dependable and professional attitude.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while visiting client locations.

  • Ability to climb stairs and navigate residential and commercial properties.

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and light precipitation.

  • Sufficient mobility to enter and exit a vehicle frequently throughout the day.

  • Ability to use a phone and computer for extended periods while performing sales and administrative tasks.

  • Clear verbal communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.


Position Details

  • Full-time, hourly position
    • Expected hours per week: 40 hours

    • 8 hour, day shift.

  • No holiday or weekend work
