Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team!

As a Sales Representative, youll work directly with prospects and clients to help protect what matters most through auto, home, life, and business insurance solutions. No insurance experience? Thats okay we can train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic.

Salary Range: $30000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up with leads
• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Educate customers on coverage options
• Quote and sell insurance policies
• Cross-sell additional products when appropriate
• Maintain accurate client records
• Provide excellent customer service
• Meet individual sales goals and agency expectations

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Must be comfortable with technology and computer systems
• Texas Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be dependable and professional
