The Opportunity

This is a true sales role for competitive individuals. You will hunt for new business, grow accounts, and solve real client challenges while building a strong career path within a high-growth company.

What You’ll Do

· Hunt for new business through outbound prospecting and networking

· Drive revenue through new clients, renewals, and account expansion

· Build relationships with decision-makers in healthcare and commercial markets

· Identify client needs and position LSS services as solutions

· Manage pipeline and activity in HubSpot

· Present proposals and close deals with urgency

· Collaborate with internal teams for execution

· Grow long-term client relationships

What Success Looks Like

· Consistently exceeds quota

· Maintains strong pipeline

· Owns territory performance

· Creates urgency and drives decisions

· Solves problems, not just sells

What You Bring

· 2–4+ years of sales experience

· Proven ability to close and hit targets

· Strong communication skills

· Competitive mindset

· Organized and disciplined

· CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)

· Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
