What You’ll Be Doing


  •  Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled, in-home consultations
  •  Deliver professional, engaging product presentations 
  •  Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions 
  •  Build trust and close sales on the spot 
  •  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution 
  •  Consistently meet or exceed sales goals 
Your Schedule


  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM 
  •  Run up to 3 appointments daily 
  •  Attend bi-weekly team meetings and training sessions 
What We’re Looking For


  •  Proven success in sales (home improvement or in-home sales a plus) 
  •  Strong communication and closing skills 
  •  Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset 
  •  Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust 
  •  Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar is a plus) 
Compensation & Benefits


  • $90,000 – $200,000+ per year
