We provide professional lawn care services designed to keep properties healthy and looking their best.
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and build strong
relationships with existing customers.
Position Overview
As a Sales Representative, you’ll work with both new and existing customers to generate sales and identify opportunities for additional services. Your day-to-day will include following up with incoming leads, making outbound calls, reconnecting with previous customers, and helping homeowners find the right services for their property. Leads and customer opportunities are provided, allowing you to focus on building relationships, following up, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with new leads and customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Reconnect with previous leads and customers
- Identify opportunities to add services for existing customers
- Educate homeowners about Truly Lawn’s services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide estimates and guide customers through the sales process
- Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity
- Meet individual and team sales goals
Qualifications
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly, professional, and motivated
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Organized and able to manage multiple follow-ups
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Lawn care or home service experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- 8% commission on sales
- $1,000+ weekly earning potential based on sales performance
