We are seeking talented Mortgage Loan Officers to join our dynamic team. If you’re a driven Loan Officer who excels at refinance transactions, we want to hear from you!
No state licensing or testing required — Loan Officers are exempt in all 50 states due to our FDIC-insured bank charter
Key Responsibilities:
Originate and close high-volume refinance mortgage loans
Work exclusively with inbound leads — no cold calling required
Counsel clients on refinance options, rates, and program benefits
Analyze borrower credit, income, assets, and debt-to-income ratios for refinance qualification
Submit complete refinance files for processing and underwriting
Manage a high-volume refinance pipeline and close loans efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the refinance process
Handle purchase loans when they arise (though our primary focus is refinances)
What You Bring:
Active NMLS license required
Minimum 2 years of recent mortgage loan origination experience
Strong expertise in refinance transactions (conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, etc.)
Proven track record of closing refinance loans consistently
Ability to manage and grow a larger refinance pipeline
Excellent communication and sales skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Experience with Automated Underwriting Systems (DU/LP) preferred
Positive attitude and team player mindset
