This is a high-impact Sales Representative / Account Executive role offering base salary + aggressive commission + stock options.
In this role, you’ll manage a specific region within our Broker Network of short-haul dirt and material trucking companies. You’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building strong customer relationships, and closing new business. We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven sales professional with a solid network in the construction industry and a track record of success.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth
Manage and develop sales territories
Build and develop sales support team
Provide / coordinate training, implementation and support to customers
Track and analyze sales data and metrics
Forecast sales and revenue
Identify and develop new sales opportunities
Negotiate and close deals
Communicate with leadership and software engineers on platform improvements
Maintain relationships with key customers and prospects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
Strong leadership and motivation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and sales tools / CRM’s
Compensation Range & Benefits
Salary $75000 - $95,000.00 w/ guaranteed draw during ramp up
Aggressive Commission structure – percentage of revenue run through the application
