Job Description We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your industry expertise and professional network to grow sales profitably within assigned accounts and aggressively develop new business. This is a high-autonomy position for a competitive professional who excels at identifying opportunities and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow profitability within a dedicated portfolio of accounts.

• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities.

• Utilize industry contacts and market knowledge to outpace the competition.

• Work independently to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.

Requirements

• Experience: Substantial background in the meat/foodservice industry OR 3–5 years of successful foodservice sales experience.

• Drive: Proven "hunter" mentality with a strong, competitive work ethic.

• Autonomy: Ability to work effectively for long periods without direct supervision.

• Goal-Oriented: A track record of hitting targets and growing territory revenue.

• Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the USA.
