In this role, you'll serve as a strategic partner to retailers nationwidehelping them stay ahead of product trends, secure in-demand releases, and grow their business. What You'll Do: Be a trusted partner Build lasting relationships with your assigned accounts, serving as their go-to expert for new releases, product restocks, and strategic planning.Stay ahead of the game Monitor trends in trading cards, TCGs, and collectibles to guide customers on what to stock and when.Drive accuracy and efficiency Review and process orders with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring smooth fulfillment every timeLead the presell charge Help retailers lock in hot products before they hit the market.Fuel growth Proactively identify new opportunities to expand account business and deepen partnerships.Keep accounts in good standing Monitor receivables and work with customers to stay within terms.Bring the energy Show up consistently with enthusiasm, reliability, and a commitment to customer success. What You Bring: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer service (industry experience preferred)Familiarity with trading cards, TCGs, comics, collectibles, or hobby retailExcellent verbal and written communication skills able to clearly and confidently interact with business owners and buyersStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage a pipeline of customer needs and opportunitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentationSelf-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused mindsetAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently #LI-Remote
