Overview

Join our team as a Sales Representative for the cleaning and janitorial industry and play a key role in growing our client base. In this role, you’ll connect with property managers, facility teams, and business owners to understand their cleaning needs and offer solutions that actually make their lives easier.

You’ll be the face of the company—building relationships, closing deals, and helping maintain long-term partnerships. This is a paid position with strong growth potential for someone who knows how to communicate value and follow through.

Duties

  • Meet with property managers, building owners, and facility teams to understand cleaning needs
  • Conduct walkthroughs of commercial spaces (offices, clinics, retail, etc.) and help build scopes of work
  • Present service options including daily cleaning, porter services, deep cleaning, and specialty work
  • Follow up on proposals and actively close new business
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts
  • Assist with site visits, inspections, and occasional support when needed
  • Manage your schedule efficiently, including travel between client locations
Experience

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or janitorial/facility services preferred
  • Strong communication skills—you can talk to anyone and build trust quickly
  • Ability to walk spaces and understand what a proper cleaning scope should look like
  • Organized and self-driven—you can manage your day without being micromanaged
  • Basic math skills for pricing, estimating hours, and understanding margins
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites
  • Experience in the cleaning industry is a big plus (but not required if you can learn fast)
