Sales Representative (Outside Sales)

We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence in the residential construction and remodeling market. In this role, you’ll partner with builders, contractors, architects, and homeowners to deliver high-quality window and door solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners
- Prospect and generate new business while growing existing accounts
- Consult with clients to understand project needs and recommend solutions
- Read blueprints and create accurate project quotes
- Present proposals and close sales while maintaining strong margins
- Manage your pipeline and activity through CRM tools
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through project completion
What You Bring
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn
- Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment & Expectations
- Field-based role (job sites, client locations, showroom)
- Flexible schedule with availability to support client needs (including occasional evenings/weekends)
- Active, hands-on role including measuring, site visits, and inspections
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package – Standard(some minor adjustments may be available)
- Year 1 Total Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000
- Year 2 Total Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000
- Base Salary: $50,000
- Sales Commissions: ~$15,000 (uncapped earning potential)
- Performance Bonus: ~$10,000
- Monthly Expense Reimbursement: $500 (includes mileage)
Long-Term Earning Potential:
- Potential to earn $100K+ by Year 3
- Over 50% of team earns six figures
- Top 1/3 earn $130K+, with top performers exceeding $200K
