Sales Representative (Outside Sales)

Location: Field-Based | Schedule: Full-Time | Compensation: 60K+Commission (High Earning Potential)

We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence in the residential construction and remodeling market. In this role, you’ll partner with builders, contractors, architects, and homeowners to deliver high-quality window and door solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners
  • Prospect and generate new business while growing existing accounts
  • Consult with clients to understand project needs and recommend solutions
  • Read blueprints and create accurate project quotes
  • Present proposals and close sales while maintaining strong margins
  • Manage your pipeline and activity through CRM tools
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through project completion

What You Bring

  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment & Expectations

  • Field-based role (job sites, client locations, showroom)
  • Flexible schedule with availability to support client needs (including occasional evenings/weekends)
  • Active, hands-on role including measuring, site visits, and inspections

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package – Standard(some minor adjustments may be available)

  • Year 1 Total Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000
  • Year 2 Total Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000
  • Base Salary: $50,000
  • Sales Commissions: ~$15,000 (uncapped earning potential)
  • Performance Bonus: ~$10,000
  • Monthly Expense Reimbursement: $500 (includes mileage)

Long-Term Earning Potential:

  • Potential to earn $100K+ by Year 3
  • Over 50% of team earns six figures
  • Top 1/3 earn $130K+, with top performers exceeding $200K
