THE ROLE

• Contact company-provided leads who requested information
• Build rapport, identify interest and qualify prospective customers
• Transfer qualified prospects to senior sales representatives
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity in Salesforce
• Meet company activity standards and participate in coaching and training
