Part-Time Sales Representative Illini Media Group | Champaign-Urbana, IL (Hybrid) Looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity with real income potential? Illini Media Group is seeking a motivated, self-starting Sales Representative to help grow two of our local platforms: Chambana Today and Chambana Deals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with local businesses, building relationships, and driving results. What You'll Do

Develop new business by connecting with local companies Present and sell marketing solutions through Chambana Today and Chambana Deals Call on new prospects and unclaimed accounts Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers Identify opportunities to help businesses attract more customers Maintain a simple pipeline and provide weekly progress updates

Compensation: Hourly Plus Commission Training & Support

Structured onboarding and product training provided Ongoing support and guidance from leadership Weekly check-ins with management for coaching and pipeline review

What We're Looking For

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to ask questions, listen, and identify business needs Organized and accountable with follow-through Sales experience is helpful, but not required

Work Environment

Flexible, part-time schedule (up to 15 hours per week) Hybrid work with the ability to connect with local businesses Opportunity to grow income based on performance
