As a Sales Representative, you’ll jump into our sales training program to master the world of fiber optics. You’ll head out to chat with customers and spark sales by showing them how light-speed internet can handle their streaming needs. By being a helpful sales liaison, the Sales Representative secures the sales that help our customers live life in the fast lane.
Represent AT&T Fiber in Tucker by initiating sales conversations about the advantages of next-generation home internet.
Identify customers’ connectivity goals through sales dialogue, enabling you to craft targeted sales strategies that resonate with them.
Explain the benefits of fiber-optic technology in plain language, focusing on how it eliminates buffering for multiple devices at once.
Guide potential customers through plan options and promotional offers, ensuring they feel confident and informed during the sales process.
Assist with the initial steps of account enrollment, making sure all details are correct for a smooth installation experience.
Follow up with interested customers to answer final questions, building trust and increasing sales rates through consistent support.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
A strong interest in sales or customer service is a plus.
Stays motivated and disciplined in a target-driven sales environment.
Refines sales techniques quickly based on feedback and results.
