Salary Range: $50000.00 - $150000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Proactively interact with potential customers, providing them with information and answering their queries about our vehicles.

Sales Process: Guide clients through the purchasing journey, from initial inquiry to final sale, ensuring a positive experience.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features, specifications, and benefits of our Chevrolet and Buick vehicles to effectively communicate these to customers.

Test Drives: Arrange and conduct test drives, highlighting vehicle features and performance effectively.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to inspire repeat business and referrals.

Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and objectives.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and workshops to enhance your sales techniques and industry knowledge.

Experience: Previous experience in auto sales or a related field is highly preferred, but not required.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers.

Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and exceed client expectations.

Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a welcoming team environment.

Knowledge: A good understanding of sales and a willingness to learn quickly.
