Salary Range: $35000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and current clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.

Develop and present tailored insurance solutions that offer robust protection and value.

Actively cultivate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.

Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional coverage.

Process applications, renewals, and policy changes accurately and efficiently.

Stay informed on industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice.

Active Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

A genuine desire to help people and build lasting relationships.

Ability to manage a sales pipeline and follow through on leads.

Proficiency with CRM software and general computer skills.
