Responsibilities

- Schedule and lead virtual appointments with members and families
- Provide clear, professional explanations of available benefit programs
- Answer questions and help members understand their options
- Assist with basic enrollment steps and online applications
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, appointments, and follow-ups
- Provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth member experience
- Participate in regular training, coaching, and leadership development sessions
