Sales Representative

• Client is seeking quality candidates who fit the company culture and can grow with the business long-term.
• Strong preference for candidates with construction materials, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, interior finishes, or home improvement sales experience.
• Business development experience is highly desired, as generating new clients and projects will be a major focus.
• Candidate must be professional, organized, self-driven, and comfortable working directly with homeowners and builders.
• Strong consultative selling and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently after training.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Experience with design software is a plus but not required.
