Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new clients through networking, cold calling, door-to-door sales, and other innovative strategies.
- Sales Presentations: Showcase our painting services and highlight the benefits to potential clients.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Accurate Quoting & Proposals: Provide precise quotes and proposals that clearly outline the project scope and cost.
- Closing Deals: Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing, achieving and exceeding sales targets within your territory.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies and grow our client base.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales; experience in the painting or home improvement industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive in driving sales efforts.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of job-related work experience, preferably in sales.
- College degree preferred, but not required.
