Responsibilities
Work closely with customers to provide an excellent sales experience.
Become an expert in offering Farmers P&C and L&H products.
Actively pursue leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and community involvement
Build a plan for your own future career options with support from a mentor agent
Sales Experience
Have an active P&C license
Have (or be willing to obtain) an active L&H license
