Harcros Chemicals is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for promoting and selling company products and services, identifying new business opportunities, processing customer orders, and supporting overall sales and profitability goals.
The ideal candidate is results-driven, organized, and skilled at developing customer partnerships while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support business growth.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and industrial customers to promote and sell company products and services.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, pricing, and sales opportunities to support business growth and profitability.
Process customer orders, maintain sales records, and prepare sales contracts and related documentation.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting customer retention and satisfaction.
Communicate product updates, resolve customer concerns, and provide ongoing customer support.
Support sales promotions, marketing initiatives, and product display activities.
Collaborate with the District Manager and internal teams to achieve sales and operational goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Marketing or other related science or field.
1-3 years of B2B sales experience and/or training preferred.
CRM experience preferred.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid Driver's License Required.
