The company, originally called Collegiate Services Inc., was founded in 1989 and was based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. CSI was a pioneer in the bed loft rental business for students living in traditional residence halls on college campuses.
In 2004, the company moved to Champaign, Illinois. At that time the Bedloft brand was launched to enhance the connection between our primary product line and our market. Bedloft has been an innovator and leader in the business of providing product sales and rentals to students living in on campus housing at colleges and universities nationwide.
Bedloft has experienced rapid growth since 2004, increasing revenue by almost 400% while also vastly increasing the geographic market we served. We currently partner exclusively with over 70 schools from Minnesota to Florida. Our current products and services include bed lofting services, refrigerator rentals, and appliance financing for colleges and universities.
In 2016, Bedloft became the exclusive national distributor of EcoMax Multiliance products the academic market. Ecomax Multipliance products are designed to provide industry leading efficiency and quality matched with affordable pricing.

The primary duties of the Sales Representative position is to identify opportunities and successfully make initial contact for new sales at higher education institutions across the Midwest, followed by structured follow up and introduction of Bedloft team members to assess campus requirements and assist with closing new sales.

This position is a full time position that will include a salary based on experience plus incentives for achievement of specific foals in our sales process and commission.
