What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and product support
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Prospect and make outbound cold calls to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accuracy from start to finish
- Identify customer needs and recommend effective packaging solutions
- Partner with operations, logistics, and outside sales teams to ensure smooth fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
- Grow existing accounts while uncovering new revenue opportunities
- Deliver responsive, reliable, high-quality customer service every step of the way
What You Bring
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence making outbound cold calls and developing new business
- Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or account support experience (B2B preferred)
- Industrial, manufacturing, packaging, or distribution environments
