Sales Representative

Pay: Commission-based pay plan with incentives.

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.

This position is located onsite in Salem OR and reports to the General Sales Manager.

Department Hours: 9 am to 8 pm Monday-Saturday and 10 am to 6 pm on Sunday.

What You'll Do

• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration ride(s).
• Develop and prospect new business.
• Gather customer contact and interest information from new or prospective customers and enter in the CRM.
• Schedule customer appointments daily.
• Assist customer during write up process ensuring it is a non-confrontational experience.
• Develop knowledge of product information, current sales pricing and manufacturer promotions.
• Participate in daily sales and training meetings
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of vehicle lot and showroom.

What You'll Bring

• We prefer a candidate with car sales experience, but may consider one with relative experience.
• Must be customer-focused and committed to providing top tier customer service
• We prefer but do not require Bi-Lingual in Spanish.
• Adept to handle high-volume and adapt to our needs
• Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge and grow with us to meet projected sales goals
• Responsible/reliable/team player
• We require a clean driving record.
• Have a desire to grow with us in this automotive industry.
