Sales Representative to grow our membership-based training program ahead of our state-of-the-art facility’s launch this June. Engage customers, showcase our reality-based simulator, and enroll them in world-class firearms training—empowering civilians, military, and law enforcement to defend themselves. If you’re a closer with high energy and a passion for people, this is your shot!
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct 90-minute training demos, facility tours, and membership pitches to seal the deal.
- Prospect from a database of thousands, filling your calendar with eager leads alongside our marketing funnel.
- Nurture hesitant prospects into committed members with follow-up finesse.
- Update our CRM daily to track every opportunity and maximize your commissions.
Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours/week.
- Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and rare holidays, with flexibility to fit your hustle.
- Note: Our facility opens soon —we’re hiring to build our launch team!
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to drive sales.
- A bachelor’s degree is a plus, but we prioritize fit and a can-do attitude.
- Comfort engaging customers and showcasing UDT’s simulator and training value.
- Interest in firearms or self-defense is a bonus—bring that passion!
