About the Company

We serve a wide range of industries including retail, hospitality, financial services, property management, and specialized high-risk sectors, delivering tailored solutions that protect critical assets and operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research

  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to present Security-as-a-Service solutions

  • Perform needs assessments and recommend customized solutions based on client requirements

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including CAD/design, to develop professional proposals and system designs

  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation through close

  • Maintain pipeline, follow-ups, proposals, and account activity within Salesforce CRM

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry contacts

  • Develop and grow a defined sales territory through consistent outreach and engagement


Qualifications 

  • Several years of B2B full-cycle sales experience

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently

  • Willingness to develop territory through in-person client engagement

  • Strong communication and organizational skills


Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)

  • Existing network within architecture, construction, property management, IT, structured cabling, insurance, facilities, or relocation services

  • Experience selling security systems or technical solutions

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)


Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: Competitive
On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: $105K–$125K+ (uncapped commission)
