Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate appointments and new business opportunities
- Present and market a range of insurance products and services to meet customer needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process
- Meet or exceed sales goals while contributing to overall agency growth
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- Strong communication and sales skills with confidence in making outbound calls and closing business
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a structured, in-office environment
