Responsibilities
- Working Warm Leads that are provided by the agency
- Working with a team on some larger projects
- Bringing a VIP and excellent service to the clients
- Following up with Leads
- Meeting goals set by the agency and yourself
Requirements
- Have a license or be willing to get licensed to be a P&C producer.
- Availability to assist clients at any time
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
