Responsibilities

1. Working Warm Leads that are provided by the agency
2. Working with a team on some larger projects
3. Bringing a VIP and excellent service to the clients
4. Following up with Leads
5. Meeting goals set by the agency and yourself

1. Have a license or be willing to get licensed to be a P&C producer.
2. Availability to assist clients at any time
3. Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
4. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
