Job Summary: The Sales Representative is a fulltime, structured development role designed to prepare highly potential, early career talent for future customer facing positions such as Territory Sales Manager (TSM), Business Development Manager (BDM), or Inside Sales.
This is not a traditional entry‑level sales role. Participants rotate through manufacturing, inside sales, and field exposure to develop strong business understanding, sales judgment, and professional capability before consideration for placement.
Program Structure
Development program length: 6, 9, or 12 months (based on readiness)
Structured training, mentoring, and milestone‑based evaluations
Progression is based on demonstrated readiness, not tenure or credentials

Willingness to relocate to Sparta, TN during the development program
Ability to travel as required for training and field exposure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Sales, Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
Equivalent work experience demonstrating accountability, teamwork, or performance responsibility
Backgrounds showing competitive drive or grit (e.g., athletics, leadership roles, working while in school)
Interest in technical, manufacturing, or industrial products
