Responsibilities
What youll do:
Work our exclusive, high-intent leads to connect with clients, close sales, and grow your book of business.
Assess clients needs and recommend smart, tailored coverage options.
Sell a full suite of insurance products. Auto, home, business, life, and specialty lines.
Build long-term relationships that keep clients coming back.
Manage quotes, policies, and renewals through our CRM and agency systems.
Stay current on industry trends and carrier updates to always offer the best solutions.
Collaborate with underwriters and team members to ensure smooth policy issuance and claims service.
Requirements
What you bring:
Active Property & Casualty insurance license (well help with additional states if needed).
At least 2 years of solid sales experience in P&C insurance with a strong track record.
Excellent communication and people skills. You know how to build trust and close deals.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Comfortable using CRMs, insurance software, and Microsoft Office.
High school diploma required; bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
A self-starter attitude, attention to detail, and the drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with top carriers or agencies (like Farmers, State Farm, Allstate) is a bonus.
