Job Summary


We are hiring experienced Sales Closers to join our fast-growing team. This role is ideal for high-performing professionals coming from solar, HVAC, roofing, alarms, pest control, or similar in-home sales backgrounds.

This is a 1099, commission-only role with a clear advancement structure and strong earning potential.


What You’ll Do

  • Meet homeowners for scheduled consultations (appointments provided)
  • Close deals on HVAC, solar repair, home efficiency upgrades, and more
  • Use a consultative, educational approach—not pressure tactics
  • Convert your existing book of business and warm network into new opportunities
  • Build trust with homeowners who need real solutions after being abandoned by other installers
  • Work closely with our Energy Auditors (setters) who generate high-intent opportunities
  • Maintain a professional, integrity-driven customer experience
  • Participate in continuous growth and performance development


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience in solar, HVAC, roofing, alarms, pest control, or home services
  • Ability to close in-home deals with honesty and professionalism
  • Strong communication and customer education skills
  • High integrity — prioritizes doing right by the homeowner
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, strong closer mentality
  • Must be able to follow a proven process and maintain reliable follow-through
  • Reliable transportation

Schedule

  • Flexible, but typically between 9 AM – 7 PM depending on homeowner availability
  • Weekend availability is a plus
