Business Development & Territory Growth
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the Texas territory
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
Target large-scale contractors working on U.S.-standard projects internationally
Client Relationship Management
Build, grow, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Provide exceptional customer service by managing and fulfilling quote requests
Establish trust and credibility with clients across all levels of the organization
Sales Execution & Collaboration
Work closely with customer service and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
Drive brand awareness and generate new leads
Market Intelligence & CRM
Stay informed on industry trends, market activity, and competitors
Utilize CRM tools to track business development and quoting activity
3+ years of sales experience, preferably selling to purchasing and/or electrical engineering stakeholders
Proven track record of new business development success
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to understand and articulate technical product specifications
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft 365
Experience in the electrical supply or construction industry
Familiarity with large-scale contractor projects
Experience with Xtuple Creatio or similar CRM platforms
Understanding of electrician and project buyer needs
Natural relationship builder with strong networking instincts
Confident, outgoing, and highly engaging personality
Strong ability to connect with key decision-makers and influence outcomes
Driven by results with a passion for closing new business

Base Salary / Draw: Competitive (based on experience)
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Uncapped commission potential
