About the Company

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Territory Growth

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the Texas territory

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking

  • Target large-scale contractors working on U.S.-standard projects internationally

Client Relationship Management

  • Build, grow, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers

  • Provide exceptional customer service by managing and fulfilling quote requests

  • Establish trust and credibility with clients across all levels of the organization

Sales Execution & Collaboration

  • Work closely with customer service and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery

  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions

  • Drive brand awareness and generate new leads

Market Intelligence & CRM

  • Stay informed on industry trends, market activity, and competitors

  • Utilize CRM tools to track business development and quoting activity


Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably selling to purchasing and/or electrical engineering stakeholders

  • Proven track record of new business development success

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to understand and articulate technical product specifications

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft 365


Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in the electrical supply or construction industry

  • Familiarity with large-scale contractor projects

  • Experience with Xtuple Creatio or similar CRM platforms

  • Understanding of electrician and project buyer needs

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary / Draw: Competitive (based on experience)
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Uncapped commission potential
