Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The idea candidate will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed sales targets
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
* 1 to 3 years of quota carrying sales experience with a demonstrable track record of over achieving targets.
* Technical background in the chemicals industry with a specific preference for experience in the cosmetics sector.
* Ability to travel throughout New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania up to 4 days per week.
* Strong communication skills and proficiency with CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and documentation.
