In this role, you will focus on establishing professional connections with business leadership, connecting directly with company owners, and guiding clients through available employee benefits programs. Responsibilities blend new business development with continuous client management and consultative care.

No background in sales or insurance is necessary to apply. Comprehensive classroom instruction, hands-on field mentoring, and complete assistance with state licensing are all provided.

Individuals with backgrounds in retail management, food service, hospitality, team sports, warehouse operations, or customer care adapt seamlessly to this environment.

What You'll Do

• Connect in person with executives and company founders across the Wichita metro area

• Cultivate and expand a portfolio of commercial client relationships

• Maintain consistent touchpoints with existing corporate accounts

• Deliver consultative overviews detailing workplace benefits packages

• Manage daily calendar commitments, prospective follow-ups, and client meetings

• Guide clients through account setup, enrollment execution, and service onboarding

• Document daily activity and pipeline updates within client tracking platforms

• Engage in continuous mentorship, team strategy, and professional skill-building
