The Role: Solar Sales Representative

As a Solar Sales Representative, you’ll be in the field generating your own opportunities and closing deals with homeowners.

Your job is to:

  Start conversations (yes — knock doors)

Build trust quickly

Educate homeowners on solar savings and incentives

Set appointments and close deals

Track your numbers and improve daily

This is a performance role — and your results determine how big you win.


What You’ll Be Doing

  Knock doors daily in targeted neighborhoods

Have real conversations with homeowners

Educate on solar benefits and cost savings

Set and run appointments

Close deals in the field

Learn directly from experienced closers

Track metrics and improve daily

Represent RCA with energy and professionalism

Work Schedule

This is a structured field role with a consistent rhythm:

  Monday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00/10:00 AM – 1:00/3:00 PM


Earnings & Growth

  $100,000 – $150,000 typical range

Top performers earn $250,000+

No income cap — your production determines your pay
