Responsibilities:

What You'll Earn

• Weekly pay, uncapped commission structure
• Most new reps earn $900–$1,200/week during training and ramp-up
• Successful reps typically earn $1,200–$2,000+/week
• Top performers earn significantly more
• Fast promotion opportunities in as little as 30–90 days based on performance

What You'll Do

• Work directly with homeowners throughout the Cincinnati area
• Build customer relationships face-to-face
• Educate customers on renewable energy and enrollment options
• Guide customers through a smooth and professional enrollment process
• Manage your pipeline and work toward weekly performance goals
• Develop communication, leadership, and sales skills through daily coaching and mentorship

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
• Coachable and eager to grow professionally
• Reliable with full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM)
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
