Position Overview: As an
Insurance Sales Representative, you will be a key point of contact for our clients, providing timely and accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support on a variety of insurance-related matters. Leads will be provided for you to contact about products that will meet their needs.
This role is fully-remote. Prior insurance or other-industry sales experience is preferred. Full training and development will be provided. Remote working equipment will also be provided.
Responsibilities: - Follow up with provided leads, provide information about products and services, develop positive rapport.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Providing information about insurance policies, coverage details, and claims processes.
- Investigating and resolving customer issues or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Requirements:- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Energetic, positive attitude with a desire to excel
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Able to learn computer functions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Prior experience in an Allstate agency
- Property/Casualty insurance license must be obtained upon hire
