Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough insurance reviews to help families identify their coverage needs.

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients within the Vancouver area.

Present personalized insurance solutions that offer long-term financial security for our policyholders.

Nurture existing client relationships through regular touchpoints and proactive service.

Collaborate with our local team to share strategies for community outreach and growth.

Keep accurate records of client interactions and policy updates in our digital database.

Washington State Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Two years of direct sales experience in a client-facing capacity.

Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
