Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and insurance requirements.

Present and explain Ford vehicle features and benefits alongside relevant insurance options.

Guide customers through the process of selecting appropriate insurance coverage for their new vehicle.

Coordinate with the finance and insurance (F&I) department to finalize sales and insurance agreements.

Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive and memorable buying experience.

Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.


Requirements


Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the automotive or insurance sectors.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

A genuine passion for helping people and understanding their needs.

A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.

Familiarity with dealership operations and customer service practices.
