Responsibilities

What Youll Do

  • Follow up on inbound and warm leads
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients
  • Quote and recommend coverage options based on customer needs
  • Generate new business through calls, referrals, and outreach
  • Help clients protect what matters most while growing your pipeline
  • Work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented office environment

Requirements
  • Prior sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow income through performance
  • Ability to stay organized and manage follow-up consistently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-activity environment
  • Coachable attitude and willingness to learn new systems and sales strategies
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Basic computer and phone communication skills
  • Property & Casualty license preferred OR willingness to obtain within a set timeframe
