Sales, Service & Marketing Coordinator

Audio Video Connections | 111th & Memorial | On-site
Salary: $45,760 to $60,320 per year, based on experience
This is an IN-PERSON position. Normal hours 7:30 am-4:30 pm


Audio Video Connections designs and installs home theaters, smart home systems, surveillance, conference rooms, and other audio and video solutions. We’re looking for an organized, creative person to help us serve customers, coordinate our technicians, and carry out marketing and sales projects.


You’ll work closely with the owner. We’ll provide direction on proposals and marketing priorities, and you’ll help turn those ideas into finished work.


What you’ll do

• Answer customer calls, gather the information needed, and make sure requests receive timely follow-up.
  
  
• Keep track of technicians’ daily assignments and communicate schedule changes to the team and customers.
  
  
• Prepare draft proposals from the owner’s notes and verbal instructions for the owner to review and send.
  
  
• Create social media content and ads, build email campaigns, and update website content.
  
  
• Help with Google Ads campaigns and review results with the owner.
  
  
• Maintain warehouse and vehicle inventory records, and pull and stage equipment for upcoming jobs.
  
  

What we’re looking for

• Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills.
  
  
• Good writing skills, a creative eye for content creation, and marketing.
  
  
• The ability to take direction, ask useful questions, and follow a task through to completion.
  
  
• Careful attention to detail when scheduling work, preparing proposals, and tracking inventory.
  
  
• Comfort learning new software and the technology we install.
  
  

Experience in marketing, content creation using platforms such as Canva, service coordination, sales support, or a similar role is preferred. A degree in marketing, communications, or business is welcome, but relevant experience and examples of your work matter more. Experience in the audio and video industry is a plus, but is not required.


Compensation and benefits

• Annual salary of $50,000 to $60,000, based on experience
• 10 days of paid time off
