What You’ll Do
- Be the welcoming voice and face of Goldfish—on the phone and at the front desk
- Guide families through programs, memberships, and promotions
- Confidently close sales and earn bonuses for meeting sales goals
- Handle scheduling, registrations, and customer questions with efficiency and care
- Juggle multiple tasks while keeping the vibe upbeat, calm, and fun
- Create WOW moments that turn first-time callers into lifelong members
️ What We’re Looking For
- Prior sales and customer service experience required
- A naturally happy demeanor with a warm, friendly phone voice
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Comfort with goal-driven sales conversations
- Confidence, professionalism, and positive energy—even during busy times
- A team-first mindset with interest in long-term growth
Availability Requirements
Candidates must be available for at least 25 hours per week, including some combination of the following shifts:
- Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9:00 am – 3:30 pm
- Monday–Thursday: 3:30 pm – 8:00 pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 am – 3:00 pm
(Weekend availability is important )
